The Russian guy who didn't fire the missiles and saved the world was reprimanded for failing to do his job. He was the only one who worked in the building that had a civilian education. The guy said all the rest were career solders who would always follow orders, he made an educated decision it was a malfunction. He believes if any of the other five guys were there that night, it would have been WW3.

I’ve been fearful of ai for years and people say it’s inevitable and I just think, well, so is our demise.

I firmly believe that To save our planet and our species humanity doesnt need more and more (artificial) intelligence, but a fundamental return to Wisdom.

The whole idea transmitted around 2:14:00 is so strong and important that hearing people not agreeing or at least open to accept as potential true makes me believe that part of the humans are looking forward to become robots and their humanity is already gone. Really loved that portion of the discussion, really think the negative bias will not only play an important role on AI in the short term but it is already impacting humanity right now. Great discussion, congrats all involved!

Wow this was incredible, the best interview and discussion with Mo that I have listened to. It has really giving me so much to think about. I listen to Mo a lot. I found the constant interuption by commercials on your pod cast more than annoying. Please find a way to use less! This is a deeply thought provoking platform and I really want to listen more. The thing is... Even today many people don't wanna connect to others in a deep way. I don't value superficial connections or even conversations. So, ironically, as long as we use technology for communication i think we will stray further and further from one another.
