Everyone no matter who they are or where they come from has probably pilfered something in their lives. Certainly the cost of living crisis is driving the spike in shoplifting...but the manufacturers should try to reduce prices quicker than they are...even with yellow stickers and current reductions the price of things are ridiculous. Laugh at the tomatoes at the end of the piece...that was the last thing I swiped out of a garden centre...one lowly tomato on a plant all nice and small "accidentally" fell off a plant and onto the ground...what do you do?....too good to waste...
