These were wealthy people from the look /size of the homes, so hopefully they were able to afford to be completely insured for the house & contents. But no doubt family heirlooms & items that held precious memories were also destroyed, & those can't be replaced. A sad disaster for rich or poor, the persons who set off the fireworks should get jail time---or maybe community service hours helping to clean up fire damage somewhere---that would be good, 1000 days of community service!
