People of the internet, if you’re sick while doing this, do all the steps and then blow your nose, it feels so good! THANK YOU 🙏
  • @R4jdE.y
It didn’t work for my ears but it completely cleared my nose? Thanks :D
  • @tabtab1196
The knife technique stopped my left knee pain. Thank you
  • Thank you a lot for your videos! I wouldn't be able to visit your office to give you the well deserved pay back of patients that found you online and are convinced and commited, since I live in another country. However I am very grateful for everything you share with the world, it helped me a lot especially since qualified medical help can be hard to find where I live. It shows what kind of a human you are to take the time to share your profession with others freely so that they can lead a better feeling live.

  • Wow, that first one did it for me. After all day not hearing clearly out my right ear due to my fever. I decided to try this at night before bed. Messaging and slowly opening my jaw popped it for me, now I can hear from both sides clearly. Thanks!

I always hold/pinch my nostrils together and blow as if I’m trying to blow out my nose. Works all the time.
