Ingredients:
MEAT
- 1 1/2 lbs ground beef (80/20)
- 1lb Italian sausage
- 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp oregano
- 2 cups red wine
VEGGIES
- 1 large onion (or 2 medium)
- 3-4 carrots
- 1 stalk celery
- 1 large fennel bulb
- 2 medium sweet potatoes
- 5 cloves of garlic
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp salt
- Black pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp tomato paste
TOGETHER
- 4 cups stock
- handful of fresh thyme
- additional salt/pepper as needed
