Venezuela Elections | Voters come out in numbers to cast their ballots

South African Election Observers say they condemn and dispel allegations of a fraudulent electoral process in Venezuela.

They say voting has been free, fair and transparent.

Over 15 South African election observers are currently in Caracas, Venezuela as part of a total of 910 observers from more than 95 countries.

They are in the Latin American country to oversee the presidential elections that took place on Sunday.

The observers belong to, among others, the ANC, SACP, COSATU, CONTRALESA, SASUVE, Royal House of Mandela and Abahlali Basemjondolo.
