I like that the stylist is very respectful of her culture. It seems like he was asking if her bonnet was equivalent to a hijab (asking if he as a man is allowed to see her without it). I think he did a great job!

I felt as though these girls were low key mocking her and looking down on her. Then she ended up blowing them both out of the water!! First off her hair is perfect with her face shape. The make up looked so beautiful and her body is absolutely amazing! If you see this you are a 10 chick!

The hairstylist was amazing! He asked what her bonnet meant, asked if it was OK for him to see what her hair was like, asked what she needed to do in order to honor her religious ties and beliefs… The make up artist too! They both gave her like that was the perfect balance between natural/honoring her beliefs but also making her feel beautiful and emphasizing her natural beauty Without being too new/Different/bold.

I think I'm the only one, but Miriam with the new haircut and the minimal makeup made her original Amish dress an actual look. I know she wanted to change out of it, but somehow, the makeover made the dress look good if that makes any sense?

Am I the only one that thinks that the two girls she “looks up to” and kinda mean? They seem very condescending and every time I saw them on screen they were leaving her out. I feel like she’s trying so hard to make good connections but these two girls seem evil
