    "City Beautiful " Chandigarh ka food aur log dono h mast hain aur khana ke shaukeen ke saath bade dilwale b hain . Brothers ke different varieties of ,Amritsari kulcha-chole are indeed too tempting and delicious and with khati-meethi chutney , lassi, anchar wah wah mazza aata hai mazani life 😊😋 My favourite is aloo-pyaaz kulcha. When I visited CG a few years ago , not sure if I had Kulcha from this place or somewhere else . It was my driver’s reco 😀 Wow I am simply impressed with their process of making the Kulcha . I always love this part of your vlogs 👌👌 Phew they are so busy preparing and catering to the customers orders . Their art of using the tandoor is mind blowing 🤯 7 layer stuffing - INCREDIBLE 🙏 Whoa they have 2 Feet long Kulcha for Rs 250 . Prices are reasonable. Background music is fabulous 💯💯💯 I am drooling watching the Patty Kulcha . Apart from this you have ordered the Aloo crushed Kulcha & Mushroom Kulcha . First review on the Aloo Kulcha and the combo with the Khatti-Meeti chutney is simply mouth-watering. I have had this chutney in CG and Punjab and it’s runny but high on flavours . Chole seems to be bit mild and thanks for your reasoning 👌👌Now for the 7 + layered Patty Kulcha with colourful stuffing and I agree with your review on accentuation of flavours vide their process and stuffings . Hats off to Amritsari Kulcha 💯💯💯 I am not a fan of Mushrooms or Mushroom based dishes like Kulcha and appreciate your candid review 👍👍 ( kind of modest ) .
