Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s children, Suhana and Aryan Khan, have recently made big real estate purchases. Suhana bought two prime properties in Maharashtra, while Aryan bought two floors worth Rs 37 crore in a South Delhi building where Shah Rukh owns the ground floor and basement. According to the reports Aryan acquired the property in Delhi’s Panchsheel Park, registered in May 2024, and paid Rs 2.64 crore in stamp duty. The building is where Shah Rukh and Gauri Khan lived during their early days. The family already owns the basement and ground floor.
