I’m just gonna say, every song so far has been a hit for me. Even “It starts with sorry”. They’re all just so good.

Can we PLEASE talk about how the piano perfectly replicates Vox's "glitching" at 2:16?! The simple repetition has such an impact on the listener. It literally sounds like a computer is breaking. And then the roll down the keys into the smash of the keys... it's literally Vox's screen "crashing." Deeper evaluation: I love how the debate between Vox and Alastor is so violently staccato, showing how petty and prickly their comments are toward one another. The loud, fortissimo accenting also showcases the depth beneath the argument. These guys have been fighting with one another for years. Their first fight after a seven-year absence on Alastor's part must run DEEP, and that's showcased in how angrily loud the piece is. Furthermore, the contrast between the beginning and the ending has such attention to detail. Vox's version of the "I'm gonna make you wish that you'd stayed gone" is so loud, so hostile, so aggressive. It shows how his arguments are simply out of impulse. That guy has so much against Alastor. But Alastor doesn't show that same projected anger. It's more of a subtle, confident control over the matter. He KNOWS that he is more powerful than Vox. Which is why the ending is so excellent. The calm, quiet, smooth tone is beyond perfect for Alastor. His anger brims beneath the surface, and he likes to showcase how angry he is through a sinister, quiet threat instead of one that screams out like Vox. Apologies for the long message. The glitching and the dynamic contrast made me so happy. Keep it up, I beg of you <3

Man i love this song. Especially the part where Alastor says "It's Stayin' Gone time" and leaves for another seven years.

This song has so many different cords, some sound happy and some sound not happy. This song is just so diverse and truly unique.

I was LITERALLY JUST hoping for this!!

It’s so hard to pick a favourite because a lot of Hazbin songs are so awesome but this was the first one I went nuts over. It is a great intro to the Vox/Alastor rivalry and is yet another showcase of how terrifying Alastor can be. I love their TV vs Radio dynamic. The pinnacle goes to the inversion though. Alastor flipping the start of the song that Vox sang to empower himself was so badass.
