  • @Senna458
I'm not Latvian ... but if I could vote for this guy, I would in a second.
  • He said what most leaders simply can’t say outright and what the majority of normal people wanted them to hear!
  • @Michael.96
Spot on ... the people in Eastern Europe still remember how Russian foreign rule and oppression looks like!
  • As a Latvian citizen, I stand by our delegations message. Many here in Latvia, even in Latgale, feel the same. I'd say that our message was even to nice.
  • People in the Baltic states know what they are talking about. Bravo Latvija
  • @Fatboylo1980
Love that guy. He’s so right. The fact that Russia remains a part of the UN Security Council is a disgrace.
  • @workgd3083
That was chilling. More power to the Latvian MP. We need to stand firm against this mascarade. Love from Poland.
  • Good for him! That's what is needed. Straight talking withoutfear or favour.
  • This guy is wonderful ! I would vote for him if I were latvian !
  • The most honest political comment uttered by a politician so far this year!!!
  • Well said young man ! a politician with balls, and not afraid to call the Russian criminal delegation out.The whole world needs to back this guy and support his opinion, in the strongest possible terms.

He has got a good head this man. Good for Latvia.
  • 2024 In Latvia they were afraid that they would lose trains due to sanctions against Russia Latvian railway carrier AS Pasažieru vilciens asked not to prohibit the purchase of spare parts from Russia and Belarus, reports the TVNET portal. The company justified its request by the fact that most of the trains in Latvia were designed back in Soviet times, and suitable spare parts are not produced in the European Union. Company representatives emphasized that the lack of necessary spare parts will lead to a reduction in the number of trains on the lines. Therefore, Latvia will not be able to provide continuous transport services.
  • for those who haven’t seen the full clip, the Russian Federation start their speech off by defending theirselves in response while 90% of the whole room gets up and leaves. it’s beautiful.
  • I'm an Australian-born Latvian living in Latvia. There's not many Latvian politicians I admire or feel proud of, but Mr Rihards Kols has represented the Latvian position in a way that makes me feel proud.
  • Bravo. From NYC. Finally someone with the balls to speak up.
  • Good for him not afraid to say what he thinks this is what is lacking in the world men that will stand up for rightness regardless of the cost
  • How refreshing to hear someone tell it how it is instead of political correctness and beating around the bush. Well done Mr Kols.
