Hey what's going on guys! My name is Anthony! Today I have prepared a compilation video of Things You Didn't Know About Minecraft! :D This is just to keep you all entertained while I move house, hope this is okay! <3
-
IN THE EARLIER DAYS OF MINECRAFT-
-
One day I'll come on YouTube and see "1000 Things you didn't know", Then Mojang will make it their training video for new staff xD
-
The surface stronghold looked really cool. They should make them like that now, or at least some structure.
-
The surface strongholds would be a cool feature to have in the game, especially with the archeology features they talked about at one point
-
The "Back in the earlier days of Minecraft" never gets old.
-
I can clearly see Herobrine just staring for attention to the camera. That's adorable
-
I’ve been a fan of Minecraft since I was a kid,and lots of things in it spook me,like cave fog and cave sounds. But the fact that paintings WATCH you takes the top position, the fact that paintings are sentient in MC and can watch your every move is downright crazy!
-
I think it'd be really cool if Minecraft added different wolf species to the game that spawn in different biomes! These species would vary in size, model, and texture and maybe make slightly different sounds. + bonus points if they also improve the tamed wolf AI to make them behave more like irl dogs! I'd personally love it if wolves had a chance to fetch items once you drop them, for instance.

I still remember the days when you had to sit perfectly still with a fish to tame a cat.

6:35 there’s a reason you can make a snow golem but not an iron golem. No constructs (withers, golems) can be summoned if there are any non air blocks within their footprint. For an iron golem, the empty spaces either side of the pumpkin and below its arms are included in its footprint, so when you try to summon it underwater, the water in those gaps stops it from spawning. Snow golems don’t have the arms sticking out, so their footprint is only 1 block wide and there are no gaps. Even though you’re building it underwater, technically there is no water inside the footprint, so the golem can still spawn.
-
8:02 Actually, you can spawn water using Structure Blocks(at least in Bedrock Edition). It works for the End, too, and they even have fitting colors!
-
2:50 What are you doing step-fox?
-
Baby dogs can drown too, and the beacon was added after desert temples, the reason for the armor stands floating is that the fence hitbox is actually 1.5 blocks tall, you'll float too. If you look closely each slot in the hotbar is a DIFFERENT TEXTURE from the rest of the slots. great video though!

The enderman: "MICHAEL, DON'T LEAVE ME HERE, MICHAEL, MICHAEL!" lol

This guy, who I have watched for years is like the embodiment of that line from that one song we all know. See, he's never gonna give us up, never gonna let us down, never gonna run around and desert us. Never gonna make us cry, never gonna say goodbye, never gonna tell a lie, and hurt us.
-
I love this channel it’s so entertaining and educational.
-
I used to watch you back in like 2012ish i think it was and I didnt know you still made videos, great work! :)
-
this guy deserves an oscar for 5 days of work on 1 video, which is amazing

I was so obsessed with taming ocelots when I played Minecraft back in 2015. Pretty sure I still have a world where I built a pirate ship with over 200 ocelots on it. Good times 😂
