My 23 year old daughter was stranded at the airport for 9 hours. Finally, a sweet angel asked to help her and brought her to a counter for American Airlines and got her a flight. She first directed her to that very long line in this clip. My daughter must have looked like she was about to pass out because this lady went into action. I am so thankful that Americans still have kindness. Needless, to say Allegiant Airlines was terrible.
