Abandoned HOARDER House Full of Vintage Electronics

Published 2024-02-18
The previous owner bought this house in 2016 for 1.4 million dollars for land value only. The previous occupant was a hoarder and collector of mostly vintage electronics. The hoarding took place outside and inside the home. Searching Google Earth it showed the property just full vehicles and items. There was a number of complaints from the city and neighbours to remove all the items from the property and inside the home as it was fire hazard and eyesore. The former occupant ended up being evicted in 2021 and the house has been abandoned since. The property will now be developed and new luxury homes will be built in its place.

About me:
I have been exploring abandoned places since I was a child and now I would like to film the explores and share the videos with you.

My father took me to my first abandoned house when I was 7 years old. I remember going into the house and a old farmer came in and told us "we better watch out as the floors are all rotten and unsafe". Ever since that day I was hooked on exploring abandoned places.

If you have a location you would like to share with me or want me to explore for you please send me an email at [email protected] and I will give you full credit for the share in the description and during the video if you choose.

What a beautiful house!!! It should be preserved and resold
  • @sewcrazybaker
This was a good one! My husband would go crazy in there because he loves electronics! As always, thank you for taking us along with you.

If a thrift store threw up, this is what it would look like 😬

Thank you for another great tour Brent! Lovely old home that looks like it could be cleaned out & fixed up, and then house a lovely & caring family! So sad! I believe you're correct, they probably carried several items inside from the yard, attempting to improve "appearances". Perhaps the renter just "wheeled & dealed" and "traded or sold" items from his home... Whatever, it makes me sad😢 Thanks for your hard work and dedication in providing the very best in Exploring the abandoned homes & properties❤ You made me laugh when you said, "how am I going to get over tgere into that other room?".... Then, "guess I'll have to climb over"..... You were so cute!😂 Oh Brent, I'm a silly old lady. Momma of 4 sons, one step son, and one grandson. You're like my boys. Never fail to bring me joy! Appreciate seeing so many places in Canada!!! You have a lovely country❤ I spent a week in Quebec in a one room log cabin on a lake, only accessible by boat in summer and atv or snowmobile in winter; what they call now, "off the grid" I believe. Totally fell in love with everything about it. That was in June 1971. Sadly, I was never able to return. Thank you for the joy you bring to so many of us "oldies"❤

I get very greedy seeing all those interesting electronics wow nice find.

Brent, that was an awsome find. The house looks to be late 40s or 1950s build judging by the door knobs and doors and heat ducts , window trim. It looks like someone was going to do some more upgrades to the home at one time. 👍🤠

Thank you for sharing!!! What a mess people can make!!! Ugh!! Wow! There is some good stuff in there!! I hope someone goes through it before it gets ruined.
  • @jasonkowitz4598
Real shame on this house that it will be knocked down. Besides all the junk in the way the house looks to be in really nice shape. A real good cleaning and some repairs, I would definitely live here. Great video as always!!!
  • @doskraut
So the city complained about the mess and evicted the person yet left the mess, fire hazard remains so good job city.

Don't you know!! NEVER OPEN FRIDGES!!!😂😂😂😅
  • @jdpinbaytown
Lot of stuff in there!, Looked like most of the Electronics were from 1990s to early 2000s, That portable TV/Radio was probably from the 1980s, Cool Piece!
  • @user-ds5sf4wg6p
That house is gorgeous!! Those old doors and windows are beautiful!! With those stereo systems and speakers, one hell of a block party could be thrown!! I absolutely love this place!!! ❤❤❤❤
  • @Sandjan90
The whole place gives me anxiety, I couldn’t stand to live in that kind of chaos. You made me gag when you opened the fridge.
  • @cindykoehn7680
Wow what a gem! Thanks for sharing! I have to say, what a shame to leave all that stuff behind!!😢 They should have sold some to make 💴
  • @malindahenke5724
What a nice vintage home! Clear the clutter out and it would be livable. I've seen worse houses brought back. So sad. Hope some salvage is done.
  • @shawneeb3771
How sad, that must have been a beautiful home at one time. If they were a hoarder wonder why didn't they take all that stuff with them. Thanks for an interesting explore.
  • @salecon
"Ugghh that's nasty" took me out 😂😂🤣
  • @irenea2006
Epic find. Unbelievable that someone actually lived in that mess.
  • @IcyKitty
I am shocked the squatters have not taken the electronic stuff and sold it
