Alhamdulilah, as Muslims we meditate 5x a day for 5-10 minutes. Completely detaching from everything worldly. I couldn't imagine my life without this peace. To the people who don't know what meditation is or how to start. Sit in a quiet place, have words that you repeat to yourself or affirmations. Ask the Creator (Allah, Nature, the Universe) whatever terminology befitting for you of your needs and have a conversation. You're engaging with your core self when you do this. Your inner self, and honestly it's unmatched.

This channel is the Best podcast channel on YouTube hands down.. It’s a channel that just keeps on giving.. and Steven is incredibly talented as an interviewer and he is just so enjoyable to watch how he interacts with his guest.. I just love this channel 🫶🫶🫶
  • I want to be young again, not bc I want to be physically beautiful but bc I would love to be young and have access to the wonderful wisdom that podcasts and people like these two impart. Through the internet, young people have the opportunity to have beautiful minds and when our young have that, the world will change 💗

In reading the book Atomic Habits by James Clear, I've started to meditate first thing in the morning for two minutes - I know it pales in comparison, but if I can get in the habit and stick with it, then I can increase my time. It's going pretty well.

"In a society based of speed and productivity moving slowly is a radical act." Nice quote. @ Steven keep up with the good work.

Randomly read Yung Pueblo’s book “Inward” when I was on vacation in Cyprus. Read 1 page and couldn’t stop. After 2-3 hours of reading I’ve finished the book, feeling lighter. And it really is amazing how he named his new book “Lighter”. It’s a must read for me.
  • I love how Yung Pueblo emphasizes the necessity of healing and letting go of accumulated past experiences. It's a reminder that we can create a better future by releasing the emotional baggage that holds us back. I'm excited to start implementing these principles and create a positive impact in my own sphere of influence!!!
  • I cant get enough! I absolutely fell in love with this channel. The format, pace and professionalism that the interviews are held is empowering.

Steven, I want you to know that your insight through your program is educating the world. I am from Canada. I am in my 80th year and have not missed a single program. What did I ever do before you? The results are I am happier about myself and all of a sudden have more friends. I touched out to you years ago when I was not in the place that I am now. I am the widow the a Bi-Polar, Addict, Physician (Family Practitioner Doctor). Two grown child who suffer from Bi-Polar and Asperger Syndrome and the other child has a Personality Disorder and suffers from juvenile arthritis . I am now trying to deal with my grandchildren who need hugs. I have recently become a great grandmother. You need to know how much that you are helping me and so many others. I want to thank you.

After Episode 252, my anxiety was pretty dang high …this conversation with Yung Pueblo was a welcomed counterbalance , thank you for bringing him to an even wider audience. I’m secretly hoping that the increasing number of people meditating throughout the world will start to make a difference. The hive mind for being good and decent to our fellow humans, wherever they live and however they choose. Sure would be interesting to live in a world where compassion and kindness were as valued as financial gains. Grateful to you and your team for your diligence across the board. I enjoy the talks immensely and often walk away more curious than before, which I think is a great thing.

I gave birth when I was 30 and 2 kids after with not much help and an absent husband.. i am now 43 who went through bouts of depression and no podcasts or interviewees gave me as much clarity as Sadghuru did, with regards to the way one can view life and its purpose. Today, I am joyful everyday, of cos still with the daily ups and downs of emotions but even living those in joy. I enjoy watching diary of the ceo as I pick up much knowledge and tools with regards to how to improve my life and yet I can see how Sadghuru can answer many of these hard questions with much clarity and truth. It would be interesting to see Steven interview him one day.

The importance of moving more slowly - the CORPORATE world does not or seldom tolerates any such idea - but great to hear it said, so much I have put it into words: "To be able to look at your life and say you know what, I can't answer any more emails right now, I do not feel good, I need to go for a long walk, or I need to meditate, I need to take some time for myself, it is absolutely a radical act, and it is necessary, because if you are trying to live a life of thriving, like a good life, then you need to be able to live that life at your own pace. If I am trying to match your pace, then it is not going to work for me, you and I are very different people. We can both be productive in different ways, but we have to do it in ways that honour our internal systems, and we are just not going to be the same."
