Welcome to Louisville where we have some of to poorest excuses for policing in the country and its been that way all 30 years of my life. ive seen them drinking in marked cars tossing out beer cans right before speeding off to a call. devil works here.

The point you’re missing is that it’s Alleged charges at the cops discretion. The cop deciding to jump on the car in this scenario doesn’t sound like assault to me.

Retired police. Police officers are NEVER trained to attach themselves to a car. Ahhhh - that is a rather ignorant move on the part of the officer. What an oddity situation. Scotty Scheffler is not a criminal. Scheffler did not assault a police officer. The officer assaulted a moving car.
