I wouldn’t hire this defense attorney to get me out of a speeding ticket let alone a murder. He’s been a fumbling mess throughout the trial. Lol

Would it not of been possible considering she was a homeowner and partial business owner for Ashley to simply fess up to Taylor that she fricked up and spent the money and take out a loan to pay her back in lump sum rather than killing her. Sure beats taking a life and spending your own life in prison. There was noooooo need for all this

Feel bad for the older defense attorney. He has gotten names mixed up a number of times, but to get your own clients name wrong is just sad. He probably needs to stay out of the court room in the future.

Ashley used to be a CSI at one time, she might have known what to pour on evidence to distort it!

Based on the hair do's of everyone, there seems to be a shortage of combs and hairdressers in that area.

This rude ass judge needs to be running a Bed & Breakfast not a courtroom. She’s so preoccupied with rushing everyone along and blankets and snacks and breaks and lunch....she’s infuriating. How are any of the lawyers able to present their best case if they’re being pressured to rush so much.

My mother was a juror on a murder trial many many years ago and still won’t talk about it !

This judge is a pain in the arse....she goes on and on and on then tells witnesses for a yes or no answer...what a psycho !!! These people don"t become judges because of their intelligence it"s like politicians ' it"s who you know not what you know".

Forgetting your clients name means it's time to retire. This could be grounds for appeal. Senility. The speed of the trial is not grounds for appeal. All appeals are based on objection and none has been made.

Colonel Sanders seems like he may have been a great defense attorney in his prime, but damn he seems like maybe it's time to retire. He said he can't remember names and numbers and gets it all confused, he gets himself all confused with the lab reports and swabs, always flipping around in his notes trying to figure out what he is looking for and he ends up confusing everything even if he does take time to flip through everything.

I keep forgetting about the storm she is speaking of because whenever she corrects the witness,"only answer yes or no", I cringe🙄😒
