What was the process you did to make the safe open with any touch? It was working with just one finger in the beginning then you pressed some buttons and it worked with any touch. Curious what it is that makes the safe vulnerable as I have two of them.

They do not not respond. I gave one and it opens with any finger. They have not.sent me a new one or responded to my messages
