Thank you! It is awesome to hear you as an Indigenous man of faith addressing all of these diversity quandries in a theological context. I have been searching for this! Thank you Lord! Thank you, thank you, thank you. And talking of all these antiquated colonialist approaches to faith. A living faith in a living God!

  • I just knew God had appeared to the people of North America hundreds of years ago. The Holy Spirit tells us. Their are stories to f the Man that appeared to them. 💜

Really appreciate this. Western Christian Culture actually can take us away from the core of our faith. Honoured to be in relationship with the creator of our world and I am also unlearning so much to begin connecting with the grace and gifts of mercy that God has given us.

I fully enjoyed the way you explained this in a heart felt way. It brought tears to my eyes to know more and more of the first Nations are coming to know Jesus/Yah;Shua Son of God Yah-weh.

Pilamaya, inspiring and welcome to this displaced Lakota woman.
  • Avatar is not as shallow or short sighted as some people think. and there was a real deep artiest's struggle that took place to address the perception of the "white savior issue" ,, you will note when 'Jake" has his first encounter with the charter Neytiri, the very careful choose of words he uses ,, I need "your" help" basically please help me to core understand or help me "see" things from your peoples perspective of reality so that I might understand the issue from my heart,, the lead charter also goes through a internal transformation inside as he casts off his human body ,, that went through many revisions in the feedback loop ,, Cameron is aware of the life's essence work and deep historical actions of a number of well respected native leaders working on the condolence of past and present issues on an internal level "Jake" swamp" (note the spelling in refection of Jake's full name used in the film is strongly suspected as being one of them, , I also suspect many in the native community know of the historical roots of the "Erie" or "cat" nation,, there was a woman from there lineage tree that played a vital key role in the creation of the great law of peace, one of the ladders of this tree of her family lineage path is the "Blue Jigonsaseh" (her name means Lynx) figure as a part of this lineage path, The Na'vi catch phrase "I see you" also has a source refection within the essence expression of the Zulu Phrase "Sawubona" and reflects a new way of "seeing" ones spirit and the importance of the ancestral recognition structure https://youtu.be/2IjUkVZRPK8 , the grappling with essence aspects of the "Doctrine of Discovery" which in all honesty should be renamed "The doctrine of domination" and aspects of "manifest destiny" of which speaker "Steve Newcomb" of the native law institute is bringing to light upon are also woven in there in a unique sublime way. (Some of the RDA warriors in the film wear crosses around there necks) There is rumor that Jake's leadership will come under scrutiny for these very reasons in the future films in the series under witness from there children. also be aware Cameron was soundly scolded by a clan mother from a tribe in South America for some of the conflict resolution angles reflected portrayed in the film , this was not taken lightly and will be woven into changes in the films continuing story arc..I think people will be surprised at what comes out of this..

Oral Roberts was famous and considered a Pentecostal teacher. He was Native and started Oral Roberts University.
  • We could learn alot from them and from the feasts. Did you not see where the First Nations people were in the video? They are still preaching the gospel, they preach repentance, they preach rebirth, they preach baptism, but what they dont do is say we have to change who we are in order to be acceptable to God. Born again and Born of the Spirit - one new Man. OK, so Im going to listen to Amazing Grace played by bag pipes, put my tartan on, get out my swords and now Im going to worship!

Wavoka was a man of spiritual stature. From the Messiah Letter: "Do not tell the white people about this. Jesus is now upon the earth. He appears like a cloud. The dead are all alive again. I do not know when they will be here; maybe this fall or in the spring. When the time comes there will be no more sickness and everyone will be young again." He preached the millenial kingdom......Jesus appeared to him.
  • Look up Peace Child and read Daniel Kekawa who has insight also into reaching the people of Hawaii. And also read IO Origins where Pastor Graham Cruickshank, clearly established that the Maori people had a knowledge of IO long before white mand came. He is not saying there is another way to God, Jesus is the only way, He is The Way, The Truth and The Life, He is saying that white man stuffed up!
