  • what does a common variety gamer even say about this game? it's beautiful. it destroyed me. i will never be the same.
  • @marche800
You are a person who dives into fiction completely and feels and contemplates deeply and this game is one of those games that has so much depth that you can easily become lost in the darkness. I feel for you in that regard. I appreciate you being so careful about the way you speak about your experience with the game. You have a wonderful heart from what I've seen

Completely understand where you’re coming from with your comments in the intro. Without going into a lot of unnecessary detail, this game released at a really tough point in my life (probably the hardest yet). I was looking forward to playing the game to get some fun escapism not realizing what an emotional experience I was about to be presented with. The themes of the story and the arcs of the characters hit me like a freight train and really helped me to process a lot of my own thoughts on my life. Noah’s journey in particular mirrored some aspects of my life to an almost scary degree lol. It was a lot to take in, but I honestly grew a lot as a person from this game. I never really understood it when people said a game changed their lives, but now I get it. I can honestly say this game helped shape me as a person and the path I’ve chosen to take in life going forward. Such a powerful story, it’s a shame it’s not more popular. Absolutely my favorite game of all time.

This game is really an emotional trip, so full of great and ups and downs moments. The characters are the best part, they really feel like besties.

So happy you uploaded this because Xenoblade 3 also ruined my life and I will never recover. Love watching your vids, sometimes it’s lonely being a girl who is obsessed with Xenoblade, none of my irl friends are into it, so seeing the online community of awesome Xenoblade ladies gives me life. And I know what you mean about the emotional impact, I couldn’t imagine streaming it cause I just ugly sobbed the whole time.

Using fantasy themes to cope with real life is a very healthy approach, I actually recommend it to some people as a psychologist. Now, the key is to use that space to keep yourself together, to get your strength back so you can keep living. The problem comes when these fantasy worlds take your real life from you. When you replace one for the other. That's the problem. Keeping a relatively small space of your life to experience these worlds and cope with real problems, that's not only healthy, that's a great coping mechanism. You should exploit it.
  • That intro was HELLA vulnerable, and I’m really happy you got to experience this masterpiece of a series☮️

Xenoblade Chronicles 3 went directly to my Top 10 Videogames! It’s Amazing!

I relate a lot to what you spoke to in your intro, i often latch onto media that really reflects myself and my baggage. A lil escapism isnt too bad but heres hoping we grow and learn and thrive<3

You know the writers are doing something right when the game hits you that hard. I was similarly moved by it at the time. Stuff has happened in my life since that makes it hit even harder when I revisit it via the playthroughs of others. While it might have been uncomfortable to play this live in front of an audience like you did, given how weighty it is, it's definitely a good thing that you're connecting with its messaging this strongly. I'm sure the wizards at Monolith would be thrilled to know how moving their masterpiece is to people all over the world.

The intro was extremely relatable. I'm a person that struggles to form relationships with people, so I've felt lonely for most of my life, and JRPGs (especially Xenoblade) help be kind of cope when things get extremely tough. I remember crying really hard t the end of chapter 5 because I knew how it felt to feel so helpless md absolutely destroyed in the inside. This is why I loved Noah as a protagonist so much, the entire scene leading up to the climax of chapter 5 just felt too real. Even t the end, Nohs little monologue before the game ends has stuck with me since beating the game, and it's a quote I think back on everytime things start feeling helpless again.

Hi i just discovered your channel and heared about how you felt about this game. I lost my mother last year (she had a cancer) and i played xenoblade 3 while she was fighting that disease. Chapter 5 ending broke me like no other fiction did but it also healed me because that game made me feel that it's possible to make other feel what you kinda feel when you are in this situation. And it made me feeled i'm not alone.
  • After watching your intro I cannot but to follow you and support You. I'm really looking forward to see You and be part of your community on twitch, You touched my heart in a positive way. Hope everything gets well with you in your life after all of this ❤
  • I haven't seen Xenoblade 3 content for a while so I was pleasantly surprised to see this come up on my recommended. Looking forward to your journey!
  • @seedofwonder
This is my all-time favorite series and I look forward to following your journey through this game. And let me say, yes it's been a while since the game released, but I appreciate you not having any kind of spoiler in your thumbnail.
  • I'm so glad to see you're back at it! I was hoping to get your playthrough on your channel, I'm so happy haha Thank you \o/
  • @realdante
I was waiting for this! Your reactions to Xenoblade games are my favorite! And you're adorable btw, never stop doing this. My own escapism is watching your reactions to games :) And you're not alone, I immersed into the Xenoblade series so much that I still think my life will never be the same. I find myself in an endless cycle of re-playing Xenoblade games lol and other JRPGs.
  • @RoyalCrustle
This game gave me real bad anxiety and depression but damn do I love it and its expansion.
  • @Agefonduge
About the intro, I can totally see what you means. This game is super impactful, even if it doesn't change a person's life it surely does impact it in some ways
