    Thanks for your helpful video on how to make a pour-over. I am new to this and am wondering about the coffee-water-time ratio. If I wanted to make a larger cup of coffee, using 30g of coffee (as opposed to 20g), should I expect a longer brew time, closer to 4 and a half minutes? Or should I grind coarser and keep the brew time closer to 3 minutes?
