These tutorials amazing! I’ve made a few puppets this year using this whole series for my main point of reference and I keep on coming back for a refresher. It’ll stick in there eventually. Amazing step by step guide though, explained and demonstrated very well and it’s inspiring and motivating to watch you work. I have made some puppets professionally for live performance many years ago but compared to these, they were terrible! I’ve made so much progress and gained a lot of confidence from these tutorials, so a huge thank you to you for that.

I love these videos! I am starting to make puppets for my church for puppet shows for kids and I did not realize how easy they are to make. I have my clay mold heads done and now have to make the pattern from them.
  • My five year old grandson has has a small stuffed Peter Pan. Sometimes he brings it to me and asks me to 'make it talk'. I have to find out what it would take to make a hand puppet. Great channel. I subscribed.

  • @xingcat
Excellent stuff! I love making the pattern without a seam right down the center of the face, which I find in a lot of the patterns you can buy online. I love this.

Your videos are AWESOME! I’ve always wondered how soft puppets were crafted and your teaching skills and knowledge is incredible. Thank you for sharing you wisdom and talents!

Hi Adam! I LOVE your YouTube videos on puppet making! You seem to have thought of everything! I can tell you have been working on your techniques over the years. I have just completed my first puppet. It is for my 12 year old grandson who just broke both bones in his left forearm diving for a fumbled football. His Mom told me he has really been wanting a hand puppet like the muppets. I first looked for something to buy without luck. I stumbled onto your videos while searching. I thought I might give it a try. Of course, it turned out to be MUCH more involved than I first anticipated. The insides could be better, but I am pleased with the little guy I made.

You are truly gifted. You have I inspired me to take up a new hobby and the ripe old age of 57. Love watching what you do. I made my first monster puppet Alex and my grandson loves him so much. Thanks for all your great stuff. Keep doing what you do.
  • Adam... This is amazing. This is why I love youtube. You explain things so well! You have inspired me and I'm just about to order absolutely everything in these tutorials. I have a crazy idea for a comedy horror involving puppets, so this is exactly what I needed. Keep up the good work... love your channel.
  • Hey Adam, thanks a lot for sharing. I really do love your series. Very well done! Makes me feel like adding a new character to my cast. :-) Greetigs from Munich, Germany. Cheers, Tim
