bro is 50 and still doing better on live than most of the young rappers.
  • that fact that em really just thanked all of his rap and hip hop influencers for the majority of his speech shows how fucking humble he is to just give them their flowers instead of make it about him
  • @chrisg1915
13:00 he literally named every rapper from the beginning of hip hop and r&b lmao massive legends. He gave them a moment in the rock and roll hall of fame out of respect that shows how much eminem truly respected the legends of rap. Yet he doesn't realize that he is literally one of those legends as well.
  • When eminem is winning it feels like that you are witnessing a long time friend who are bullied before but constantly winning in life and you are so happy for him man.
  • @eileenbaran7040
This man raised his daughter and two other daughters he adopted from Mom's side. This man has a heart of gold
  • @LalalHaihing1
I'm 34 now and I'm glad Em's songs were a part of my childhood. The fact that we can still name ten more songs of him shows how great Em is. Thank you Eminem for all the hits.
  • @MasterRiffics
He's a once in a lifetime artist we were lucky to be alive at the same time as this legend
  • @otgdesigns5897
Eminem is a legend, no doubt, but we all need to recognize that Steven Tyler came out and performed a verse of a song that he recorded 50 YEARS PRIOR and still sounds almost fucking identical to the studio version of Dream On. That is absolutely incredible.

I’m 74 years old and so glad I lived to see Eminem get inducted into the Rock ‘N’ Roll Hall of Fame during his own lifetime. He is the Shakespeare of this genre. EDIT: I’m female. I started listening to him in 1996. So, I was still young. He’s still delicious. Me…not so much😊
  • @speedyseth
50 years old and still loads of energy
  • @petep5207
The fact that EMINEM literally sang all his songs himself...rather than other artists doing tributes to him. Just proves no one can do what he does with the mic.
  • @ayyachris
Eminem is the true definition of rags to riches. Dad left him when he was a baby Grew up in the trailer park Mom was a addict, and hated him Bullied in school No one liked it him in school High school drop out Media hated him His mom tried to sue him Best friend Proof died Survived from drug overdose And now one of the best successful hip hop artist with tons of Spotify listeners. The true definition of longevity. Em deserves all the success.

its so cool to see people like steven Tyler and Ed sheeran and even Elton John making songs with Em its really just speechless how much music can bring Generations together like this
  • I am a tiny adoptive woman from India. And grew up with country music, oldies, pop, and rock n roll. Never grew towards hip hop bc I couldn’t understand a word they said and music always felt like it was just not for me. But once I listened to Eminem he became my top favorite above some country classic legendary singers! Some how I can understand every word he raps. And I sing every song as quick as he can. Love his story. And how he is so humble towards everyone that got him to where he’s at now. He never takes what he has for granted in any way. Probably one of the top 50 humblest people out there! Keep doing what ur doing! U have so many fans who relate from all walks of life. So proud of u getting this award! A long time coming even tho ur not a rock singer! Still deserve any award given to u
  • @Dstylz
This dude is a rap historian. He respects the culture for real.
  • @archvaldor
I think what makes Eminem great is his ability to switch styles easily from comic to aggressive to narrative to confessional etc. Most rappers have one style of delivery, Eminem does them all.
  • THE INDUSTRY TREATED HIM LIKE SHIT FOR TOO LONG, BUT HE HAS ALWAYS BEEN A WINNER! SEEING THIS IS JUST AWESOME, SO HAPPY FOR HIM!! GREATEST RAPPER OF ALL TIME, LOVE YOU EMINEM!!
