How is this defense attorney even allowed in a court room anymore? He’s too old!! Can’t hear, whistling when he talks. Can’t believe Leon didn’t stand up and start screaming at him.

The video in the apartment is chilling, watching Leon and Valerie put on the dog and pony show. The Police Sergeant is cool as ice. I assume Valerie jumped off the balcony seen in the video. She knew their goose was cooked.

This prosecution team was completely on the ball compared to the pitiful defence! Very clear, straight to the point, guiding the jury easily through the evidence. The Def Att seems to be trying to bamboozle the jury with nonsense, silly questions, smoke & mirrors type of thing! It’s like night & day as far as being professional & succinct.

Trials are a storytelling competition. It doesn't matter who's right or wrong. You need a defense attorney who has better public speaking skills.

I feel bad for this defense attorney. What are the rules about competency, dementia and retirement. He really shouldn't be practicing and he is damaging clients.

When the police went to the condo to tell her that her husband was dead, they were asleep. I don’t believe i could sleep if I had hired a hitman to kill someone. BUT, someone that would hire someone to kill another isn’t right in the head anyway so maybe sleep would be no big deal.
