Wowww, good for the kid to tell those kids to tell them to stop being annoying (or something like that), the teacher shouldn't of done that. Especially when she was calling the kid annoying for calling other people annoying, what the hell??? She just told that kid NOT to call people annoying. I am super confused @_@

She’s losing an argument against a child

Can we just talk about how she struggles to win an argument against a 4th grader☠️

okay let me get this straight. this kid told his peers that what they were doing was annoying him. (side note: he didnt call them annoying, he just said there actions were starting to bother him) and so the subsitute decides to embarass and lecture him in front of the class rather than taking him outside, and gets onto him for calling his peers "annoying" while she is doing the exact same thing to a young child. she needs a psychiatrist 💀

Kid: Tries to defend himself. Teacher: Be quiet. You’re being annoying.

The teacher is basically saying “If they are bullying you just stop talking and let them bully you.”
  • @ItzCrossly
School: we don’t tolerate bullying. Also the school: self defense is illegal

As she’s a teacher of what looks like elementary kids, this is horrible. You should NEVER call out a kid just because they are standing up for themself, that’s how you lock up a kid’s confidence into a box. As someone who’s teacher yelled at them in the 3rd grade in front of the whole class for making a VERY SMALL mistake as a 3RD GRADER, I can say it put me down a lot. I was influenced where I lost 80% of my social skills, and turned super introverted, because I felt if I made a mistake, I’d get yelled at, which is why I stayed low as possible to prevent myself from making mistakes, and when I do make mistakes I shut down, get embarrassed, and begin crying. People need to watch how they talk to kids, because sht like this will have a HUGE impact on them when they get older.

the thing i hate about alot of teachers is favoritism. I know they have good intentions like “oh maybe if i go out of my to praise those who behave, maybe the reckless ones will too” But honestly, it just makes me feel like no matter what i do, it will never be good enough
