I love this short clip. She is so right. When I’m going through I have discovered that when I’m not helping people and focusing on others I’m more sad, but when I’m out there doing for others calling people encouraging them praying for them I feel so much better. It’s so crazy how we are wired. God is so great. I have dealt with depression since I was in my preteens and I am now 34 years old. I do see that the key of getting out of depression due to my experiences was taking the focus off of myself. I love serving others and I mainly love serving my husband glory to God. Thank you so much for the reminder.
