My son is 13 months and two out of my three kiddos were constipated due to formula. I didn't want them to get used to sweet things before being introduced to other food so I mixed prune juice with the formula and/or milk. I'm currently doing this with him now as he's on milk and isn't a big fan of food yet aside from cheese, lol. Long story short I was just trying to suggest mixing the prune juice with formula/milk as this worked for my boys ( even though I think it sounds like a horrible combination 😂).
