Hi I am starting to open a community center in the VIRGIN ISLANDS ,what kind of things do you think we should offer, and how should we start to get people including in the support of the center?

I've taken over kibble bank community centre in Burnley, England. We are running a community kitchen to supply affordable healthy food as well as physical activities taking advantage of our recently fully matted room for martial arts classes that are up and running. We are currently raising funds for our first desktop computer so people can come and acess the internet as well as get help with CV writing or even their own start ups. You're welcome to check us out, we're only just getting going because of lockdown we do have a year of losses to recover from otherwise I would have bought it myself. I think we have a gofundme setup but most donations come locally. We survived a year of forced closure, had 3 open days postponed, shut down before Christmas after one day of being open so we aren't going anywhere after all that adversity!

Hello Evan. Im from SA and want to start a youth centre, but I don't have any money to live on. How can I start a youth centre by getting a salary as well? Like I want to start small and just want the teenagers to come in have wifi, games to play, dvds to watch with there friends, buy some stuff like ice cream and so on from the coffee bar. I just want them to chill out with each other but with adult supervision. not in there face but we will be there. The thing is I must get a salary for at least 3 people to help me?
