  • Lahat ng sinabi mong itapong pagkain kinakain ko ! Umi inom lang ako ng sapat na maaligamgam na tubig umaga hanggang gabi.82 yrs. Old na ako !walang ano mang karamdaman! Salamat sa panginoong Diyos.
  • Na diagnosed ako last August ng diabetes. Kumain lng ako ng okra png ulam at ang sabaw ng okra ay bale kape ko. In just two weeks bumaba ang sugar ko. Monitored ako within 3 months. Pg continuous ng normal ippatigil n ang meds control n lng s pgkain. Self-discipline lng sa diet. Thanks God!
  • Good morning Doc mas maganda na term ay iwasan not itapon po. Im diabetic since 2007 what im doing is 1/2 vup rice brown a day or 25gs of bread but dont eat rice if you eat bread, no sugar no soft drink, 1kind of fruit only a day, but not manggo ripe, no atis, mo Chico no melon no pine Apple, apple 1/2 only,😊 and eating yogurt,😊 or drinking yogurt, if poultry poultry lang if meat meat lang, if seafoods seafoods lang pero 110 gs lang di pede sabay sabay, vegetable Salad, 🥗 and vegetables use olive oil or canola oil less salt and more water and Exercise siempre ako dahil old na walking 45 mis share ko lang po ginagawa ko thank you po

    dra good morning, my mother has been eating rice, bread for more than 95 years. at 100 she is still walking. Her brains are functioning very well, clear eyes, speaks well. She died at 101 years and 3 months. at 101 yrs and 2 1/2 months she starts to gradually taking small portion of rice and bread, after 7 days she stops eating. After another 7 days she died. Her mother died at 106 years eating rice and bread as well.
  • Ang mama ko 80 yrs old na kumakain kahit anong pagkain sa awa ng Dios hanggang ngayon malakas pa. ang Dios ang may ari ng ating buhay. Bago mo kainin yong pagkain pasalamatan mo mona sa Dios. Yong hindi natin kainin ibigay natin sa iba para makagawa tayo ng mabuti

    Ang grandparentsko malaks sa kanin saka paksiw lang lagi ulam. Vetsin at asin lang sa kusina.Umabot sila ng 90yrs old never naospital walang maintenace. Sikreto maaga matulog at maaga gumising. nagtatrabaho na sa bakuran at sa bukid.simpleng buhay.

  • Yay ano na kakainin lalo kaming manghihina .just eat in right amount then exercise more water. Nasa pnas tayo. Only rice can save many people .

    I've been diabetic for 20 plus yrs. my keyword in eating is MODERATION . . . no softdrinks, alcohol, does not smoke. I don't like the word ITAPON! goodness! Not just diet . . . regular exercise is essential!!
  • Year 2016, I was diagnosed as prediabetic before and with gout. From 65 kgs , I lost weight to 47kgs kasya na damit ng first born daughter ko, so small. I only eat avocado alone , no sugar or evap milk. I ate Baguio pechay and carrots with mayonnaise as ensalada. Pero nagka-pandemic 63kgs na naman ako , nilalanggam panty ko, may mga sugat ako tinamaan lng ng eco bag books gamit ko sa work or nag-grocery ako, may nana agad sa right leg ko nagnanana na, I put Katialis and petroleum jelly dumami pa ang dark spots. i bought glutha whitening soap kase noticeable ang dark spots. Expensive lotions. Now,,,, I realized Why? All 5 food na yan favourite ko! Nasa house ko right now! Now i will start to diet like what i did last 2016. Thank you very much po.

    Amazing tips doc limit intake lng cguro hnd nmn yan basta avoid completely . I lost 13 kilos less carbs intake 2 x a week nlng nlng ang carbs dati daily me mag carbs 1k calories per day and exercise regularly .
