    O.M.G. I've had terrible shortness of breath this week, would wake up multiple times at night gasping for air. This is the first video I found and I know there's no better one. Such a healthy and complex approach. Thank you so much!

    Thank you very much for amazingly informative video. For my info: 0:40 relieving posture. 1:10 correct position to lie down. 1:45 inhalation and exhalation. 2:34 smelling oils like eucalyptus oils a bit to reduce inflammation in airways. 3:50 Yoga asanas to do when normal to prevent breathlessness..4:14 4:26 asanas. 4:38 Pranayaama. 5:30, 6:14 diets 7:19 milk should be diluted and can also add turmeric/black pepper. 8:04 cut refined salt and sugars etc. 8:45 most Important - RELAX MIND.9:31 asanas when fully relaxed. 9:59 Meditate 10:28.
