50g Plain Flour
80g Bread Crumbs
1 Teaspoon Onion Salt/ Onion Powder
1 Teaspoon Dried Thyme
1 Teaspoon Rosemary
1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper or Smoked Paprika
1/2 Teaspoon Nutmeg

Tnks for sharing ma,I tried this, it was good but the inside didn't fry vry well as I expect, the outside fried well and dry, dnt knw how many mins I shoulda left it for the inside to fry well too or maybe I used a previously used oil, dnt knw which..and didn't want it to burn, was so hungry mehn..we really enjoyed it..the taste was superb, it was nice trying this, it's been really long I did snacking, no time..šš
