  • Not many people show respect to elders anymore. It is so nice to see this video with young men showing respect and making Lou feel apart of the job. I am sure these guys could build this barn eyes closed but they still show this man respect and include him. I will be a new Sub and will share your videos.

Lou is absolute old school craftsman when it comes to this stuff. Part of a breed, taking their talent to the grave. Glad to see he is passing it on to you and whoever else will listen.
  • Great hearing WAYLON ! Always good barn roof raising music. Or anything else for that matter.
  • I like that you are showing an old guy respect for his knowledge. He may not have the ability to do the heavy lifting anymore but he has tons of experience and can save you a lot of mistakes.
  • @Mom4life.
Thank you for the respect for Lou. You probably made him feel like a million bucks. Feeling useful does so much for a persons self esteem. Thanks boys.

can’t imagine how hard it is for LOU to be sitting where I think he wants to be in the thick of it with you guys!!!!He has earned the right to be doing so but I think he would have been liking to be more involved I know how he feels cause I can’t do the things I used to do keep up the good work happy to see progress on the building!!!!!
  • Can’t wait to you put the winches to work. So neat seeing a building put up like this. Awesome to see Lou out there. Lots of knowledge between those ears! Tell him thanks for sharing it with us , and you! Excited for you to get moved into the building! God Bless during these difficult times!
  • I'm glad to see you back on YouTube, but more importantly VERY GLAD to see Lou back on the ranch!!!!
  • @super6954
Thanks for another barn update I'm glad we know it survived the fires. There are many great people that had a statue people remembered them by that are no longer standing due to politics. In years to come this barn and video series will become Lou's monument, and I think he'd be really pleased after building it with both of you. some how I just don't see Lou being a guy that wants a statue of himself L.O.L. if somebody takes offence at a barn in the countryside like this and wants it removed due to crazy politics, we are in worse trouble than we are now as a world . Take care guys.
  • Good to see the sun shine folks happy, and the dog getting a swim - happy days eh.. thanks for the video.. Ian - UK.
  • Thank you for the update on how the poles barn is coming a long ! I know this was done before the fire ! Take care , stay safe and healthy with whatever you maybe doing next ! Doing well here in Kansas .
  • Rick I’m so glad that your place didn’t get hit by the wild fires!! When I saw that first video or the heading of the video the tears started to come!! Just thinking of all the older vehicles that you have saved over the years is a blessing!! I no a guy that lives in my town that used to have a tractor & combined store that closed 20 some years ago & he had his 67 or 68 Chevelle that his dad bought bran new back in 67 or 68 all original big block 4 speed car & had not been out of the shop in the past 25 to 30 years & yes it ran!! But at around 1:00am Monday morning the whole store caught fire & with the fire department just a block down the road they supposedly could not get water pressure to put the fire out until the Osceola fire department was on site!! That was even hard to think of that loss!! Everything was a complete loss!!
  • Best part of all of this seeing Lou enjoying the outdoors. Us old dogs need to keep moving ...
  • Good to see you guys back on the shop again, as well as seeing Big Boss Man Lou back in action telling y’all what to do.
  • @AR-sy9eo

  • Back home finally. I know exactly how Lou feels. Me in hospital for six months, using a walker, can barely walk, now I find out I may not get to live in my own home anymore. Back after I watch.
