She said it perfectly; the HOA is more concerned with their kangaroo rules and policies rather than the humans who live there and the enjoyment of their own property. Common sense should rule the day not power hungry tyrants.

NEVER EVER live where there is an HOA!!! My brother got wrote up for having his motor home in his driveway while loading it to go on vacation!! He doesn't park it there on a regular basis, just to get ready to leave on vacation!! HOA's are a bunch of bs!!

After recently becoming president of my HOA, I saw the BS the previous board pulled…unfairly targeting people they did not like and making them spend $$$. Lucky, by getting to peek behind the curtain, gaining access to past documentation the Board hid from residents, I was able to right some wrongs. Some people feel they are running their own country. This is why people NEED to be involved.
