Thank you for counting it out and making it so understandable. In other tutorials, I can never tell if they want 8 blocks total or 8 more blocks added but you made sure we could tell. This is especially helpful to me because it is difficult for me to follow instructions that don't let me know every detail, so thank you again.

IMPORTANT CHANGE: Mobs NO LONGER pathfind over buttons, use open trapdoors instead.
  • I never comment on videos but this is the best Farm i have ever used on mine craft, typically they always have a low spawn rate, i did make one change, which was i used trap doors instead of buttons, the date is. March 3 23, version 1.19.6, also for anyone wondering I’m on Xbox series x bedrock edition. Thank you!

Also recommend adding 1 or two more levels of platforms too increase spawning availability:) I did it and it works ridiculously fast

Tried making this today. It works fine in minecraft 1.19.71 (mobile), just quite slow. Thank you for the tutorial!
  • 1 stack and 34 ladder which comes up to 100 laders 6 stacks and 22 slabs 4 hoppers 2 chests and 20 stack and 9 solid blocks I think
  • I haven’t finished the farm yet, but since I am making it on a one block world I probably don’t need to make it super high up also thanks
  • @trottsky534
BUILD THE TOWER TO SPAWN ROOM 4 BLOCKS HIGHER THAN HE SAYS!! your too close to the spawn room, you get much faster spawn rates 4 blocks down!! Trust me
  • Thanks sooooo much! It took a while, but now its working, so thank you for making this :)

This farm worked really well, It didn’t take long to build, and was useful for all my mending tools thx

I've built three of these in various worlds on Minecraft Bedrock PC. The first two worked well enough (the first one built with the mob grinder at ground level even and still got a decent drop rate; the second I built a hundred blocks into the air). The third produced nothing, despite also being built well above Y=190. I think the biome in which you build it makes a difference - the first two were in Plains, the third over Cold Ocean. Diagnostically, my next step is to try a different biome in the third world. Not looking forward to the process though - I spent an entire weekend building and then trying to repair that farm...couldn't tell you how many stone pickaxes I busted in the process...
  • I just wanted to say thankyou this is my first ever time having a successful mob farm
  • @caninoah5510
This is such a good mug farm I’ve gotten so much already
  • @lanklin-25
Great video, short and gets to the point. Only suggestion is to make the tube going down out of glass so spiders can’t climb it (I think)
  • Ah, the classic. I remember seeing one of these way back on pocket edition, my friend kept it right next to their nether reactors
  • @SuugoiBoy
Works great on bedrock 1.19.51. Things to note, your roof MUST have both the solid blocks and slabs for low light levels. Must be built high to prevent mob spawns on sea level. Adding more layers is just repeating the same level step but on the current layer the slabs are on. If you aren't getting mob spawns or not spawning fast enough, try rejoining the realm. Mobs respawn anytime a chunk is rendered in and saving and quitting does just that.
  • @DanoshTech
Thx it is actually so good the efficiency is questionable
  • @patzipl
I don't know but I thought you go 23 blocks up to make the the mobs on low health. You build up 23 blocks up and then you build the water way 2 blocks down . Then the mobs will fall 2 blocks less except if they fall of the edges of the spawn platforms. Or am I wrong?
