Rep. Roy showed the secretary photos of victims of trafficking and drug overdoses because of the border surge.

Mr. Roy is talking to a brick wall; You can obviously hear the frustration in Roy's voice with the total absurdity of having to be dealing with this issue. He's not alone in his frustration.
