J-Hope is an amazing leader. The best leaders are the kindest ones. It's because they're so nice that you intrinsically want to please them. I had a manager like this and he was the best example of a manager, similar to Hobi's leadership style. He would point out mistakes, usually in a funny way, and he was overall very encouraging. When he was in charge, the store ran like a tight ship and did very well. Much of BTS success - particularly their recognition for amazing live performances - has a lot to do with Hobi's leadership style, as well as the respect from the members.

It is believed that the 6 members of BTS are very afraid of J-hope's eyes. When they made a mistake, J-hope will express his feelings with a smile , but soon becomes serious. He is such a principled and serious dance teacher. Strict teachers lead to outstanding apprentices. They cooperate with each other, trust each other, and work hard to achieve today's achievements.
