The is the type of coach the giants need. A coach similar to parcells and coughlin. Coaches like that were the ones that won super bowls for the giants.

Daboll is a great leader. He's great at deliberating and allowing others to specialize but he also can get fired up and grab a guy by the collar and light him up. You need that balance. Great find by the Giants.
