  • Shows like this on youtube are the reason why paying for cable just makes zero sense anymore
  • @imCryptoRixh
A person who puts their heart and soul in a craft can really make you appreciate something as simple as scissors.
  • @Overly_Hydrated
What I learned from this video is, If a company has pride in their product they are happy to answer any controversial questions.
  • @37Kilo2
This is what TLC and Discovery Channel were, decades ago. Thank you for this awesome content!
  • @desmond-hawkins
Wow. This single guy painting the Rolls Royce coach line by hand has an amazing job. There's one such job in the world and he's the perfect person for it.
  • 04:50 for those who don't know, decibel is an exponential metric. As in it doubles the energy-load within the measured metric by every 3 decibel. So it's like going from 2, to 4, to 8, to 16 etc. only it's the force of the sound-wave, so removing 9 decibel is basically shrinking the sound by 92%+.

1:15:32 I like how they explain how the Eider down farmers either wait for for birds to hatch and leave the nest to farm it or only take a small amount, then they cut to the CEO lady robbing the eggs of 95% of their nest
  • “The price of horse semen will remain…stable” lmaoooo like that junk really sent me over the top man BRILLIANT!!! 😂😂😂
  • @coreymonday1375
My grandmother bought those $125 scissors at an estate sale for $7 they obviously didn't know what they were
  • @TheDankTiel
I mean, customizing a Rolls Royce is cool and all, but have you ever tried to customize your McDonalds cheeseburger by adding double the cheese portion?
  • Now I understand why Rolls-Royce cars are so expensive, stunning to see the amount of work that goes into each car.
  • @robertkiehn7459
It keeps jumping out to me in these sorts of videos that some of these traditional crafts, the Persian rugs in particular, always seem to be on the out, and every time they say it's because young people don't want to do them anymore. Young people would love to do them if it could pay them well, it always comes down to the producers not getting the bulk of profit for these crafts, passion can only take you so far.
  • @hamfish225
“We take a small amount of the idre down from each nest once the birds are gone” Next scene is she’s literally removing eggs from the nest and snatching the whole lot lol
  • The scissor making and Persian carpet making is crazy. All those crafters deserve more respect in society.
  • @gabeitches8903
They way it seamlessly shifts between each item is very impressive. Nice job 👍
  • @rajgoyal108
I know I will never be able to buy a Rolls Royce but seeing the car gives a sense of aesthetic and hard work to produce one piece of that gorgeous enchantress.
  • @njorogefred150
I will keep watching 'So Expensive' Especially Marathons, no matter how they will repeat some of the clips.
  • @Dialogue_SC
"we uncovered that the world's most valuable liquid, actually comes from thoroughbred horses." whoever wrote this line deserves a raise.
  • @rocketpsyence
OK that rolls royce stuff is actually cool to know. I always thought they were just a useless status symbol, but they seem like works of art. As long as they pay their workers fairly and make a good quality car, I think that's something that would actually be worth it if you're going to get a ridiculous luxury product.
