I love the thought that Jon Favreau has always been Foggy Nelson. He had to be put into Witness Protection or something and became Happy Hogan and in the most recent Spider-Man movie he just called up his old lawyer buddy Matt Murdock to defend Peter.

Ok but that Daredevil 2003 costume is so slick. I grew up with that movie so it has a weird special place in my heart, I really liked the dark atmosphere.

for the "sensitive to sounds" thing where he turns on loud music to drown out the sounds of the city, i actually think that makes sense. i have adhd and am pretty sensitive to noise and can experience sensory overload if i hear a bunch of overlapping noises, especially because i cant control them. to combat this i also listen to loud music (but usually through headphones) to block out all the other noises with one single noise that i can control

This is gonna sound really weird, but fuck it. This video legit helped me get my driver’s license. I had already failed it before, so my nerves got the best of me on this next attempt. There were two or so points where it got pretty bad, so I just thought back to this video (particularly 10:35 and 16:31) to get a quick laugh in my head and calm myself down. It worked and I ended up acing the test with no mistakes. So thanks for being a genuinely hilarious dude Marcus. 😁

I heard someone on yt say once “did you know that in Daredevil (2003), Daredevil’s suit is made of red leather, this is due to the fact that Matt Murdock is blind, and couldn’t see how bad it looked.” I actually liked how it looked lmao

The recent Chip Zdarsky/Chechetto run on Daredevil was so damn good. He even makes Elektra/Daredevil fun by having Elektra be this sort of protective figure who tries to help Matt over his bullshit because she's exasperated with him but genuinely loves him at the same time

The funny thing about Evanescence being such a big part of this movie's soundtrack is that their first album was recorded so that it could be a part of this movie. We owe this movie for Evanescence.
