Running Injuries - Stillborn Dad

Publicado 2021-12-29
Running Injury was always my fear, but It was always going to happen - I am currently injured from running. In training for the ultra marathons in August 2022, I have injured my knee (possible runners knee) and foot (possible tendonitis) at the same time, from possible over training.

In this video I go on an 11km run whilst thinking my injuries were recovered...until the next day. I discuss what I am doing to try and recover as quickly as possible, and briefly discuss the first interim event I will be taking part in, in February (Leicester Marathon)

If anybody else is affected by baby loss and wishes to talk, then please comment below, or reach out to me on:

Solid video with respect to editing and B-roll. Really sorry about your pain and having to work through that. Watching your video right before I am going to go for a run :) We are gonna half marathon at the end of January so we are on a similar schedule there. I think you can get through this. Motion is lotion so keep moving even smaller amounts!
