    One major reason why I hate everyone starting to use smartphones for everything, paying bills, checking in, plane ticket. Without it, then what? Chaos.

    That's enough to put a first time flyer into homelessness. Imagine a poor person with limited resources. That person would be put into homelessness because don't know what to do, where to go, who to call. So lesson: DON'T TRAVEL UNTIL YOU HAVE MONEY.
