  • when you unlock program builder, you can upgrade both yours and the school’s pipelines! i have already done so
  • IF you didn’t know. When you need to offer several scholarships back-to-back, hold LT to filter your recruiting board by “needs scholarship” and then just spam the A button. Makes offering 35 scholarships so much faster!

1st class as Syracuse I had a qb that wanted to come so I signed him and later decided to see if there was any better qbs being under recruited and there was a 4 star lefty qb with no offers. He was a gem and had elite dev. He led the Orange to an undefeated natty season as a true freshman. BOY IS IT GOOD TO HAVE NCAA BACK BABY
  • It’s mad satisfying when you win a prospect battle against the bigger schools 😭

You're right, for each recruit there really is a perfect pitch. Even if you don't have all of their interest revealed, you just have to pay attention and use the process of elimination. Love the vids, keep em' coming!!!!
  • Idk if anyone said it, but you get the most influence for offering a scholarship before recruiting “begins,” so you should have a full board and everyone getting a scholarship before the season starts.
  • Dove into RTG and Cut. Now this week going to jump into Dynasty. Thank you for these two videos! Keep up the great work!!!
  • Great video. Good comms on the process of elimination to match up the correct pitch even if you have only two check marks unlocked!
  • @vert1
They did such a good job on the recruiting system. It’s nice that we already have strategies that can help you turn these one star programs around quickly
  • The only way to get de-committs is through deal breakers. If a prospect signs with another school, you will only see a de-committ if that school's deal breaker grade drops bellow the threshold for that prospect before National signing day. So there's no point in keeping a prospect on your board after they committ somewhere else if they have a deal breaker like proximity to home because thats not gonna change. But a deal breaker like playing style could possibly change over the course of a season.
  • I just finished year 2 of my dynasty and strangely enough SMU of all schools sniped so many great prospects from me. including THREE 5 stars! 2 of them were gems. and I think they sniped 5 or 6 Four star guys and most if not all were gems. Thankfully I just squeaked in a top 5 class during transfer portal, which was my 2nd to unlock elite recruiter. Great content here. I'd also like to shoutout T4GSports who had a great initial video on recruiting and gave me a good starting point on what to do. It was a very early video so we have learned more since then but nonetheless, he deserves a shoutout and has great content.

Hello! Very new to College Football as a whole. Loving your videos man. Learning a lot!
  • Love your videos, watched the last one and managed to land #3 QB and #1 TE in week 5 of Texas State dynasty with some of the strategies you gave
  • i've found that as a small school if you want the 4/5 stars wait until the 2nd preseason week, filter to your state then sort by offer, the ones with no offers who's dealbreaker is "proximity to home" will be way easier to recruit compared to the best guy across the country where a big school will jump you in one week😂 also i don't scout most of them, even as a bust at worst they're a 3 star talent and in the first few years that still helps
  • Love calling out the people that don’t actually watch or pay attention to what you were saying. Both videos were super helpful as someone who wants a strong base level of understanding in the recruiting process.
  • @tgc93
Yeah using process of elimination to hard sell guys or soft sell if I know their perfect pitch is one of two options has helped me land a lot of prospects I might not have had I waited for all 3 greens. On multiple occasions I’ve been able to hard sell a guy I only had one green check on bc the green check wasn’t his dealbreaker and ofc the dealbreaker is going to be one of their motivators. I’ve even added guys to my board in the offseason and with none of their motivators unlocked just used their dealbreaker to line up a visit and land them very quickly.
  • From 2003 College football to now its always good to keep a full prospect board.... Ive found that late interest in a prospect can put you in a tight spot especially if certain prospect do not pan out and commit elsewhere. It also increases your likelihood of landing a strong class of recruits.
  • Something I recommend is waiting until you’re in first place to offer a scholarship, you’ll have a chance at an insta commit and will get a big influence bonus if he doesn’t insta commit, furthering your lead for the player.
