***** About Living Traditions Homestead *****

Living Traditions Homestead is all about living a simple and sustainable way of life. We believe the world has gotten too “busy” and that people are missing out on many of the true blessings this world has to offer. We started as a small urban homestead in Gilbert, AZ and after the city grew up around us, decided it was time leave corporate America and take a big leap of faith by moving our family to the Missouri Ozarks.

We put out new videos every week! We hope you will become part of our homestead family by subscribing to our channel and watching as we give up the rat race and live simpler, more fulfilling life in the country.

I missed my Saturday morning with you amazing duo last week. Our patriarch was in the hospital and I was unable to join you guys. He is at home and was given a clean bill of health! 😊 Always a joy to watch LTH while I drink my coffee.

Here in Colorado we had gorgeous Spring weather with temps in the mid sixties. Last night we got three inches of snow and tomorrow's temp is back to 65. There is a saying that goes: If you don't like the weather in Colorado, wait ten minutes. 😂

I just love watching you work in the greenhouse. One day, I will be able to get me one. Thank you for all the inspiration on gardening, both inside the greenhouse and in your raised beds. Have a blessed day!
  • Love this video!!!!! It made me so happy to see yall digging in the dirt! I'm in Central Virginia and I just took some my seedlings out to the greenhouse today. It's still too chilly to plant outside. I can't wait to get my hands dirty in the warm soil!!
  • @swianecki
I love watching your videos and can hardly wait for tomato season. Dreaming of summer plants gives me a much needed diversion from worrying about my husband’s health. Can’t wait to see your greenhouse come alive with all those wonderful plants. God Bless!

I really enjoy how considered and organized you guys are. Always fun to watch. I was curious about the lemon tree, and how it is doing. You haven't mentioned it for some time.
  • Thank you for your efforts to always share so much. I ebjoyed every moment. I have learned a lot from you over the years. May the LORD continue blessing your lives and the work of your hands. ❤
  • Our weather isn’t being so good to us in Northern Iowa. Waking to the temp of 32 degrees and the high of 42 today! Ugh. Can you believe this. All week is going to be on the colder side. Can only hope the Sun is on the way! Happy gardening to you. God Bless !

Winter has returned here. We had three wonderful days this week in the 70's and now I'm feeling colder than I should be! You got a lot done in the greenhouse. It makes me wish I had the room for one. I have a few more plants I want to start. Still another month before the last frost here. June usually is best for the warm weather plants maybe a little earlier this year because of our mild winter the frost is out already 😊

My wonderful daughter-in-law is from Ft. Atkinson, Wisconsin. Wisconsin is a beautiful state and we spent many camping trips there during the 10 years we lived in northern Illinois. Now we're back in Washington state, but I still have very fond memories from yours.
  • Glad you didn’t get caught in the tornado. My kids both drove through it and had a lot of damage to their cars.

I love your tunnel garden , you are so wonderful together as you work and talk.. I can feel the love light coming from you guys when you look at each other. I have bought a couple of 12 ft raised beds , they will be here tomorrow , I showed my husband , fellow garden buddy your raised bed garden and he thought it would be great not to bend over so much too. Happy growing..My husband likes to always check out Kevin's shirts ,always a chance for a friendly laugh .....
