  • This woman is such a legend. I can't believe Vogue even got close to her
  • She is so ECCENTRIC and in love with herself, her surroundings and what she believes in. I love it. She's an amazing talented woman.

I feel like i can always tell when someone has been through their shadow and made peace with it. I love her energy.
  • @mirellalastar
Aww, this is way too sacred to be shared on the Internet. Thank you so much, Erykah Badu.
  • She’s just so unapologetically dope , a lot of people don’t understand that you shouldn’t try to fit in when you were born to stand out✊🏾✨
  • I think the thing that comes through so clearly in this interview is her genuineness. A lot of people seem to project a caricature of themselves for the public. With Erykah, you can tell she is just being true to herself.

She just does not age. She's absolutely one of the most beautiful women when the topic comes up, I think of her and the charisma about her. I've loved her for YEARS. She's just a complete gem. I love her.
  • I saw her in concert in the 90’s. At the Smoking Grooves Tour. She had that audience. ENTRANCED. I’ve never seen anything like it.
  • I remember her when I was a little girl. She would come to my aunt's Thrift store in Dallas. I remember there being a spiritual essence about her. I didn't realize she was about to become a huge star. The world truly is small.
  • I could have spent another hour watching this. She is a energy that we will never see again. It makes me so proud to watch her express herself so freely. You’re welcome Vogue!!
  • @lousoul3148
it is no coincidence that as I am finding myself, Badu comes as a guide to lead the way. True Blessing. Alignments.

This woman is not a witch....she's just in tune with herself.... Protecting her peace.. Oftentimes, when you practice self-love. People take that as a sign as being selfish but I think it's being careful with your ❤...I just love her...
  • She exudes so much peace and calmness. All my anxiety just melted away as I watched this small clip. Her energy is everything we all need within ourselves.
  • @yoyo6117
Her energy is on another level. SHE'LL ALWAYS BE RELEVANT.

Erykah Badu is so deeply connected with nature ! And she's beyond music with her talent!! ❤
  • @walterjjunior
thank you to the person who managed to get into her place and beautifully translated a bit of her baduizm. this woman saves my soul at every beat of her art.
  • She's so deep. She gave us "different" Black girls a reference in the 90s and early 2000s. It wasnt ok to be different. Love her!
  • Honestly, I felt so calm watching this. Her albums still give me life especially the magic behind her instrumental selections. She embodies creativity.
  • @MontanaGetAtMe
i LOVE everything she represents. This video alone brought a sense of peace/happiness.
