1 Month into my running marathon training, how has my fitness improved?

It has now been 4 weeks since I started running, and training to run 7 ultra marathons in 7 days in August 2022. In this video, I discuss the progress that I have made in the first four weeks on training. After dealing with some tough first weeks, I slowly started to feel a bit like a runner.

I also discuss the affect of running, and training on mental health, and how it has helped me over the past four weeks dealing with the loss of my daughter.
