A bit weird you called Thor as the main obstacle in Ragnarok. While he is for sure a huge threat, its quite clear that Odin is the primary antagonist.

Wow, I didn't know Judge actually cried during the "I am your monster no longer" scene. He really went all out.

Bear McReary is the reason for all of the goosebumps that was caused to me during this game, and the fact that he intuitively makes it up on the spot as the last piece of music is truly special

Imagine showing Ragnarok to the people working on the very first god of war game and saying “this is where this masterpiece will end up”

Hearing christopher talk about his kids like that gives his performance that much more meaning

Fans then: "I'm done with Kratos" Fans now: "we miss the young Kratos"

I like how people always portray old kratos as taller. But young kratos was like 7’6, new kratos is 6’4. They shrunk him a lot

Kratos went from yelling ZEUS to yelling *BOOOOIIIIIIIIIII*. Moral of the story: Raising hell on Olympus is harder than raising Boi on your own.

Bear McCreary deserves so much recognition for his work on the last 2 games, especially Ragnarok. No game score has moved me quite like his, he has crafted a masterpiece worthy of the game it goes with

40 minutes well spent. It's my childhood game and will remain as my favorite franchise until the day I die.

Mad props to Santa Monica Studios. The original is excellent. The reimagining is flawless.

Kratos will always hold a special place in my millennial gaming heart. He broke onto the scene filled with hate and vengeance when I was in my late teens going through a lot of family shit. Now he’s older and wiser at the same time I’m raising my own child.

At 17:52, whoever put Atreus’ theme when talking about people being done with Kratos, you deserve a raise🔥 I had to pause the video to bask in the glory of it

The 2018 game came out a month before I graduated high school. Ragnarok came out a month before I graduate college. ❤️

The whole series is a masterpiece

"Then show me what you know... I am hungry" Kratos is so kickass, even when saying he wants food

Just speaking for myself, but I have a strong feeling that the reason Norse metrology was used(I absolutely LOVE Norse mythology btw) was because of the Marvel franchise. It was REALLY starting to pop off and I feel that’s the honest reason for the setting. Also Assassins Creed had come out with Origin so there’s that too. After God of War Rag, haven’t played it yet, I’d love to see some Egyptian gameplay! Devs take this note… Petbe would be AMAZING to bring into that setting. Seth would be a good one to bring in as well
