    I hate that we have to qualify invitations to friends and family with a "Yeah, it is that bad, but not as bad as before," then take them on the sanitized tour of the Bay Area, with our heads on a swivel.

    Its funny that in the opening scene it shows fisherman's grotto #9 and Alioto's in the background. All the lights are out with nobody out front selling any seafood cocktails or dungeness crabs at all. Tarentino's, Castanolia's and Pompei's Grotto are all closed. Media is always lying to us.

    I went get my In n Out fix. Let me tell you. Stores are still shuttered, tourists are scant, the street reeks on urine. It's a far cry from the days before it was destroyed by the city politicans.
