  • He makes french food for the japanese, has tons of fun with the diners and puts lots of love into what he makes, what a kind heart.

I'm french, and I enjoy people from my country making me proud of it when i watch what they're doing in Japan.

this is the kind of immigrants any nation would love to have. learns the language. respects the culture. works fairly. doesnt abuse the status quo.
  • @MasculinismTV
He could easily be the chef of a gourmet restaurant anywhere in the world, and choose to keep doing street food in Japan, a real passionate guy

  • @triledink
There is something really cozy about a street resturant in the rain while there is thunder in the background.

  • @NYHeeb
As a Chef in America this man is living my dream. Awesome
  • @neverquit2470
I like his French accent while is speaking Japanese 😊😅😊
  • Remy is a charismatic figure. Japan is lucky to have such a thoughtful and fun person to offer exquisite and very appetizing dishes. A hug from Brazil!!!

My eyes fell out of my head in the first minute already, this guy is gifted and passionate about his work, incredible. Wish i could taste his dishes someday.
  • One thing i noticed in this video and others that they have access to water and electricity for their stalls which cannot be seen in other countries or i might didn't noticed yet but in Japanese stall vidoes it clearly shows that they can get water and electricity easily for their stalls which is unique and respectful in my opinion. Also the way they keeping area clean around their stalls is also amazing.

As a Japanese myself, I can still tell he has an accent but a unique one that I haven't heard before. That makes him even more interesting to get to know to.
  • @smileybeat

Eating at a street food stall with in a spotless and bright city under the rain and quiet thunder late in the day has to be one of the coziest things imaginable
