While I was traveling in Central America I came across this amazing dessert, enjoy it hot right off the grill - Grilled Pineapple. It's really simple, just cut the pineapple into eights and coat with a mix of sugar and cinnamon. Then grill for a few minutes, not to cook, just to get a bit of char, that bit of charcoal edginess on it. The best thing is you can make it fresh right at the end of your dinner party in 5-10min, and it's amazing hot of the grill!

First time I had this was in a Brazilian steak house, and I fell in love with it. However, I've never tried making it myself, will try this easy recipe, thanks

When I travel from Florida to Minnesota, everyone expects me to grill something because I'm grill talented. But I will be making this for dessert. Exactly the way you did. I'll bet the farm nobody there, including me has tried this. Thanks.
