  • I got worried when he said, "we started washing our hands" as if they shouldn't have already been doing that đź‘€
  • Watching whilst recovering from my third bout of COVID. Really surprised me how hard its hit me. Age 40 reasonably fit woman. So breathless and couldn't get out of bed the past two days even as a Mum of a 4 yr old. How can people say this is a fake disease? Stay safe everyone.

Note to CBS News presenters: a change from 7.5 percent to 17.5 percent is an increase of “10 PERCENTAGE POINTS,” not of 10 percent. It is more than double.

Well, I've become a statistic of infection...tested positive last week, currently taking Paxlovid. At my ripe old age of 77, my case seems to be presenting at a moderate level. I managed to avoid Covid for over 3 years...and, now, here I am. I've had every shot available, so I'm hoping things don't get any worse. Thank you for this information...much appreciated!!

News of new covid variants and the push to return to office are conflicting.
  • This is bogus, are they going to lie about these numbers too? The best thing to do is exercise not get another shot.

I got it in August. I'm 68 years old. Took 3 weeks to recover..the fatigue and weakness was the worse part.

I haven’t heard of anyone getting the flu in at least 2 or 3 yrs.. wonder where that went?

I know 3 people that got Covid in the last week and they were all vaccinated but still got pretty sick

Damn you covid. I was one-year depression-free but then COVID came to America. When the pandemic started, I had started to fall back into depression after being fine for a year. 3 years later I just never really came out of it...

I just wish everyone would care enough to remember there are many who are immunocompromised. They must wear a mask, so respect that rather than giving them a negative vibe or hateful look. This happened to my mom one day, the man kept starring at her like he wanted to slap her, it was so bad I honestly thought he might. I will never understand how mask wearing is anyones concern and how it affects them directly.

Should we tell them? “Life insurance actuaries are reporting that many more people are dying – still – than in the years before the pandemic…this new wave is hitting prime-of-life people hard. No one knows precisely what is driving the phenomenon…”

Why is he so happy talking about COVID like it's something good when he knows it's about to get worse 🙏

My husband and I both had Covid in the beginning of July after going through the entire pandemic without catching it. I wonder if we had this variant. We both had horrible aches, high fever, nausea, congestion, fatigue, dizziness, lost our sense of smell and taste. Took about 14 days to feel 100%.

Thanks for the heads up. He's right, no one is hardly wearing a mask anymore, but it's still important to those who are at higher risk.
